What you need to know about our return policy

steam&sauna, inc. is not responsible for typographical or descriptive errors on advertised products. Prices are valid for a limited time and availability is subject to change without notice. Quantities are limited on certain products and deals are valid while supplies last. Items offered free as an inducement to purchase equipment shall be delivered upon receipt. If products are unavailable, we shall provide a $50 credit against the customer's credit card in lieu of the item. Orders will be filled on a first-come first-served basis.

Upon receipt of your products Please check them carefully. We must know within 48 hours if your products are damaged or defective Incorrect products received In the unlikely event that receive the incorrect merchandise please e-mail us immediately (within 48 hours) here. We will give you an RMA number that MUST be written on the return label. We will pay for shipment in both directions, either by sending you a check, providing a UPS pickup or crediting your credit card. Please fax your UPS receipt to us at 678-819-2795 with the RMA number that we gave you. Do NOT ship it back to us without receiving an RMA number from us since it will automatically be refused and returned to you.  Shipping damage If the package appears damaged when you receive it, please call before you refuse it or  have UPS/common carrier return it to sender. We will replace it promptly, or replace the defective components.

If you suspect damage, please write a note to that effect on the shipper's delivery slip and inspect the contents immediately. Please e-mail us here to advise us of the problem.

Defective product Please let us know within 30 days from receipt of the product. Do NOT ship it back to us without receiving an RMA number from us since it will automatically be refused and returned to you. We will test it and confirm the defect. We will ship another like product to you at our expense. After 30 days we ask you to deal direct with the manufacturer who provides a regular warranty. If the product is not defective, we charge a 20% restocking fee

Returning product If you don't like your product AND you ship it back to us in brand-new condition within 30 days, with ALL documentation AND parts in the original packaging we will credit your account or send you a refund check. We charge a 20% restocking fee. Non returnable products If we had a manufacturer build a customized product for you then this product would be non-returnable. If it is defective, however, we will ship another, or replace the defective components. Incorrect purchases If you purchased the wrong product in error and want to purchase the correct product in its place we will be happy to swap it out subject to the following conditions:The product is of similar use - i.e. steam unit with  steam unit. The price of the replacement unit is within 15% of the initial purchase price.

The return must be within 30 days.

If you return the second product, the restocking fee is 30%.Our goal is to provide you with the best selection of steam and sauna products at the best prices plus moderate shipping costs.In order to accomplish this, we want to deal fairly with you, our customer and help you as much as possible.
